Please open the parcel in post officer's presence, if the parcel damaged or empty(stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document and make the compliant on the spot.
Why the tracking information has reached the destination country, but has not been delivered?
When the tracking information shows that the parcel has arrived to your country, and the time has passed 1 week, please contact your local post office or your country customs to request the parcel. Because sometime they can’t reach you or others reasons, it need you to contact them. Your understand is our appreciation.

How long will the parcel be arrived?
